Upon having alteration in the information, you must always update that information and RePlanetMe will manage the privacy information pursuant to RePlanetMe’s privacy policy.

1.3 Member registration and purchase of the goods through www.replanet.me, you must have at least 18 years of age.

1.4 For data verification, after registering the member for the first time, you have to confirm your identity via the e-mail (you will receive e-mail with link for verification) or mobile no. thru OTP (you will receive SMS with OTP code) before you will be able to order the goods through the website www.replanet.me.

1.5 RePlanetMe reserves a right to terminate your use of www.replanet.me services and/or withdraw your membership without notice if, in our opinion, your use may violate any laws, inform forgeries information infringe upon another person’s rights, any unlawful purpose, or breach the terms of this Agreement.

Details of goods, prices and orders

RePlanetMe has specified details of goods and prices for your preliminarily consideration. When you have decided to purchase the goods or services and place the order under the method for ordering goods, you shall consider and check details of goods and delivery place in a document displayed on a screen before pressing confirmation of the orders.

When you press confirmation of orders, you will be considered as making an invitation to RePlanetMe’s offer to sell goods to you. You acknowledge that RePlanetMe will be able to distribute the goods to you according to a quantity of the goods that RePlanetMe has only. RePlanetMe cannot guarantee availability of all items of goods displayed in the page of the website, including prices alteration that may occur as a result of technical errors, substantial volume of incoming orders at the same time or change of prices during your making invitation to RePlanetMe. RePlanetMe will regard pressing confirmation of orders through www.replanet.me only a notification of the quantity of the goods in prices that you desire. RePlanetMe will confirm the quantity of the goods it has and can deliver to you

In case of not having the goods according to the quantity in your invitation or change of the price, RePlanetMe will notify you. If you confirm to purchase the goods according to the quantity RePlanetMe has or the price that changed, RePlanetMe will proceed to refund or request for payment of the different amount (in accordance with RePlanetMe’s conditions. However, if RePlanetMe does not have the goods as specified in the invitation, RePlanetMe will try to recommend you other similar goods. You can cancel the order of goods without incurring any expenses if viewing that the proposed goods do not satisfy your intention. RePlanetMe does not have a duty to take any responsibility in this case.

When you pay for product prices, it shall be deemed as you have acknowledged, satisfied and accepted the goods according to the prescribed particulars and qualifications. RePlanetMe does not certify or guarantee that the goods will suit your businesses or any specific intent. If you are unsure or would like additional information to ensure whether or not the goods that you wish to buy fit your businesses or desires, you shall inquire information at contact@replanet.me or call 084 6521919 Monday-Friday at 9:00 – 18:00 before deciding to make the purchase of goods.

You acknowledge that any prices and promotions (sales promotion) in the website www.replanet.me will be applicable only to the purchase of goods through this website and inapplicable to the purchase of goods at RePlanetMe’s branches.

Price payments

In case of online payment through the website www.replanet.me, you must proceed in accordance with the payment steps until accomplishment and the system displays the result that your order of the goods is success. In case where the payment service provider that you choose does not approve your payment, RePlanetMe has a right to terminate your orders.

Conditions on delivery and the change or return of the goods

4.1 Conditions on taking delivery of the goods

The delivery shall be deemed as complete when you or your attorney-in-fact signs for taking delivery of the goods.

4.2 Conditions in the change or return of the goods

In case where you wish to change or return the goods, RePlanetMe may consider the change or return of the goods pursuant to the terms and conditions prescribed by RePlanetMe. If the goods asked for such change or return has a perfect condition, you must contact for change or return of the goods with RePlanetMe within 7 days from the date on which you take delivery of the goods. RePlanetMe reserves a right to deny the change of the goods if finding that you improperly use the goods and use the goods in a way not in line with its type or goods are defective due to your own false.

A request to return the goods from our distributors, producers or suppliers after 7 days from the delivery date of the goods may be possible under the terms of guarantee, provided that, you have to directly contact with the distributor, producer or supplier of that goods.

Conditions on delivery of the goods

In case where you make an order by applying RePlanetMe’s delivery-of-goods service, you cannot change an address or place for delivery of the goods upon paying for the goods. Therefore, you must thoroughly check the accuracy of the address or place for delivery of the goods before payment of product prices.

RePlanetMe reserves the right for delivery of certain goods from manufacturers or distributors that may take time and may result in the delivery of the goods beyond the prescribed period. RePlanetMe’s officer will email the customers to notify about the schedule for delivery of the goods.

The RePlanetMe will deliver the goods within 3 business days upon receiving the payment confirmation from customers. In case of not receiving the goods within 7 days following the RePlanetMe’s confirmation on the transportation of goods, please send an email to contact@replanet.me or call 084 6521919 Monday-Friday at 9:00 – 18:00

RePlanetMe may not be liable for the delayed delivery of the goods as a result of a force majeure beyond the RePlanetMe’s control. In case where RePlanetMe cannot deliver the goods to you for any reason such as nonexistence of a recipient at the place for delivery of the goods or a person residing at the place for delivery of the goods decline to take delivery of the goods, you must come to take delivery of the goods at RePlanetMe in person later.

Intellectual property

RePlanetMe owns the website www.replanet.me and works and/or is a licensee of copyrightable works, trademarks and right in any intellectual property (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “intellectual property”) in all texts, drawings, designs and works in any other intellectual property in the website.

You as a viewer and/or service subscriber shall have duties to perform your duties in accordance with the law, good ethics, including these terms and conditions. You agree not to do any act constituting a copying, adaptation, download, distribution or communication to the public of drawing, texts and /or works in any other intellectual properties in the website in such a manner as to infringe on the right in any intellectual property without the RePlanetMe’s permission.

กรณีที่ไม่มีสินค้าครบตามจำนวนในคำชี้ชวนของท่าน หรือมีการปรับเปลี่ยนราคา RePlanetMe จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบ หากท่านยืนยันที่จะซื้อสินค้าตามจำนวนเท่าที่RePlanetMe มี RePlanetMe จะดำเนินการคืนเงินหรือเรียกชำระเงินส่วนต่างตามเงื่อนไขของ RePlanetMe ทำคำเสนอขายสินค้าให้ท่านเพื่อดำเนินการชำระราคาค่าสินค้า หาก RePlanetMe ไม่มีสินค้าตามที่ระบุในคำชี้ชวน RePlanetMe จะพยายามแนะนำสินค้าอื่นๆ ที่ใกล้เคียงให้ท่าน ซึ่งท่านสามารถยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ หากเห็นว่าสินค้าที่เสนอไม่เป็นไปตามความประสงค์ ทั้งนี้ RePlanetMe ไม่มีหน้าที่ต้องรับผิดชอบใดๆ ในกรณีนี้

ทั้งนี้ ท่านรับทราบว่า ราคาและโปรโมชั่นใดๆ (รายการส่งเสริมการขาย) ในเว็บไซต์ www.replanet.meจะใช้ได้เฉพาะการซื้อสินค้าผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้กับการซื้อสินค้าที่สาขาของRePlanetMe ได้

การชำระราคา
การชำระด้วยระบบออนไลน์ในหน้าเว็บไซต์ www.replanet.me ท่านจะต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการชำระเงินจนสำเร็จ และ ระบบแสดงผลการสั่งซื้อของท่าน ว่าการสั่งซื้อสินค้าของท่านสำเร็จแล้ว ในกรณี ที่การชำระเงินของท่านไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินที่ท่านเลือกใช้ RePlanetMe มีสิทธิยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อของท่านได้

เงื่อนไขการรับสินค้าและการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า
4.1 เงื่อนไขการรับสินค้า

เมื่อรับสินค้าจากบริการขนส่งไปแล้ว RePlanetMe จะไม่รับผิดชอบในความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับสินค้าและให้ถือว่าการส่งมอบสินค้าเสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์ เมื่อท่านหรือผู้รับมอบอำนาจของท่านได้ลงลายมือชื่อรับสินค้าจากทางผู้ขนส่งแล้ว

4.2 เงื่อนไขในการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า

ในกรณีที่ท่านประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า RePlanetMe อาจพิจารณาเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าให้ตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่ RePlanetMe กำหนด หากสินค้าที่จะขอเปลี่ยนหรือคืนมีสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ โดยท่านต้องติดต่อเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้ากับ RePlanetMe ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ท่านรับสินค้า ทั้งนี้ RePlanetMe สงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่เปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ หากพบว่า ท่านใช้สินค้าอย่างไม่เหมาะสม ใช้งานสินค้าผิดประเภท หรือสินค้าชำรุดเสียหายด้วยความผิดของท่านเอง

การขอคืนสินค้าภายหลังจาก 7 วันนับจากวันที่รับสินค้า อาจทำได้ตามเงื่อนไขของการรับประกันในกรณีที่ RePlanet เป็นตัวแทนขายสินค้าให้ผู้ผลิตสินค้าที่มีการรับประกัน โดยท่านจะต้องติดต่อกับผู้จำหน่าย/ผู้ผลิตสินค้านั้นๆ โดยตรง

เงื่อนไขการจัดส่งสินค้า
RePlanetMe ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับสินค้าบางรายการที่อาจต้องใช้ระยะเวลาในการรอรับสินค้าจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจัดจำหน่าย ซึ่งอาจส่งผลในการจัดส่งสินค้าเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ โดยจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ RePlanetMe อีเมล์แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบกำหนดการจัดส่งสินค้า

RePlanetMe จะทำการจัดส่งสินค้าเมื่อได้รับหลักฐานยืนยันการชำระเงินจากลูกค้าภายใน 3 วันทำการ ในกรณีที่ยังไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากทาง RePlanetMe ยืนยันการขนส่งสินค้าแล้ว กรุณาแจ้งทาง contact@replanet.me หรือโทร 084 6521919 ทุกวันจันทร์ – ศุกร์ เวลา 9:00 – 18:00 น.

RePlanetMe ไม่อาจรับผิดในการส่งสินค้าล่าช้า อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุสุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของ RePlanetMe กรณีที่ RePlanetMe ไม่สามารถส่งมอบสินค้าให้ท่านได้ด้วยเหตุใดๆ เช่น ไม่มีผู้รับ ณ สถานที่ส่งสินค้า หรือผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ ณ สถานที่ส่งสินค้าปฏิเสธการรับสินค้า ท่านจำเป็นต้องมารับสินค้าที่ RePlanetMe เองในภายหลัง

ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
RePlanetMe เป็นเจ้าของเว็บไซต์ www.replanet.me เจ้าของงานและ/หรือผู้ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ในงานอันมีลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า และสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาใดๆ (ซึ่งที่นี้รวมเรียกว่า “ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา”) ในข้อความ ภาพ การออกแบบ และงานในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นใดทั้งปวงในเว็บไซต์ ท่านในฐานะผู้เข้าชมและ/หรือผู้ใช้บริการ มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย จรรยาบรรณที่ดี รวมถึงข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด ท่านตกลงที่จะไม่กระทำการใดๆ ที่เป็นการคัดลอก ดัดแปลง ดาวน์โหลด แจกจ่าย หรือ เผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณชนซึ่งรูปภาพ ข้อความ และ/หรืองานในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นใดในเว็บไซต์ ในลักษณะอันเป็นการละเมิดต่อสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากRePlanetMe

ท่านในฐานะผู้เข้าชมและ/หรือผู้ใช้บริการต้องไม่กระทำการใดๆ ที่จะกระทบต่อการใช้งานตามปกติ ความปลอดภัย และความสมบูรณ์ของเว็บไซต์ หรือทำข้อความปลอมเพื่อบิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริงหรือบิดเบือนการแสดงตัวตนของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ หรือพยายามเข้าไปยังบัญชีของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์รายอื่น หรือการกระทำการไม่ว่าในทางใดๆ อันเป็นการขัดขวางการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ตามปกติ และ/หรือเป็นอันตรายต่อเว็บไซต์ และผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์รายอื่น

หากท่านกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดๆ ข้างต้น ที่มีผลกระทบ หรือ RePlanetMe พิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่า การกระทำดังกล่าวอาจมีผลกระทบต่อเว็บไซต์หรือผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์รายอื่น RePlanetMe จะดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย โดยท่านจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ทั้งปวงที่เกิดขึ้นจากการกระทำดังกล่าวข้างต้น

ข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ
8.1 กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ การทำธุรกรรมทางการขายใดๆ ในเว็บไซต์ www.replanet.me และการระงับข้อพิพาทระหว่างท่านกับ RePlanetMe เกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมดังกล่าวจะอยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทย

8.2 การสละสิทธิ์

การไม่บังคับใช้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขข้อใดข้อหนึ่งจะไม่ถือเป็นการสละสิทธิ์ในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว และจะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการบังคับใช้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวในอนาคต

8.3 การแก้ไข

การเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของ RePlanetMe แต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดยให้มีผลบังคับใช้เมื่อมีการแจ้งเตือนหรือทำให้ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์ การประกาศเรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงบนเว็บไซต์ และ/หรือการส่งอีเมล์ ถือว่าเป็นการแจ้งให้ท่านทราบและท่านได้รับทราบและยินยอมที่จะปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวแล้ว

ท่านตกลงและยอมรับการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างท่านกับ RePlanetMe ด้วยวิธีทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นหลัก

การจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
ความรับผิดของ RePlanetMe สำหรับสินค้าใดๆ ที่ท่านซื้อจากเว็บไซต์จะจำกัดเพียงราคาของสินค้าที่ท่านซื้อเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้เว้นแต่ ท่านจะสามารถพิสูจน์ให้ RePlanetMe เห็นได้โดยปราศจากข้อสงสัยถึงความเสียหายที่เกินกว่าราคาสินค้า
